right now, I'm exploring back into the project, refreshing my mind of what I've done so far. I'm glad I've kept a journal! ^_^
And I'm glad for my brainstorms!

I'm making one big change, I'm dropping the OOP for something I'm more comfortable with for the CSC. THEN I would think about OOP. I know I would need to learn how to do it or simailer once I get into programming side of MMC. I think for the MUD world, it be best to work with objects.

It was wrong of me to not only throw myself into the deep end but to completely change my programming style was just asking for worse.

Secondly, I think I'll drop the high performance and just let that build up on it's own. It's easier to build then test after. You don't write high performance codes straight off. You developet it on your own. Change it here and there, test it, and change it again. I guess I was a
bit big headed.

Thirdly, I could possibly combind the CSC with a webserver. Just an idea.

In the mean time, I'm going to do a bit of reading and refreshing. I got nearly all the time in the world!

Nah, I haven't forgotten this at all. I just.. been lacking motivation to get my butt onto this project. It's not forgotten. No way. I've been carrying this idea for far to long to let it drop so easily. It just doesn't help when I got nothing but my self dispilne to work with. And really, I totally lack in that. Hell, the only way most of my homework was done was cause I was forced to do it. Project Blue Mood is still there, I'm not letting it go at all.

Rawr~!

I kinda slacked off for awhile, bad me. Stuff in life made me lose a lot of motivations for this. Bad me.
And I really wanted to get somewhere with his. I have to learn to kick myself and just get on with it
rather then be all, "I'm bored.. let play games" If I'm bored, I should go and do this, I got nearly
all the stuff I need to get somewhere with it. (Really need a book mostly). I'm half temped to drop
the OOP design of the codes for something I'm loads more familiar with, then I'll be able to get somewhere
with it, but then I'll have to learn it later on for the game. Maybe. As my brother said, they are two different
styles of doing something, each with their own advantage and disadvantage.
Ah well, let git my butt working on it

I've actually finally got something down and is actually working generally. Still a lot of work to do, but it now does
some basic things, like connect, send and recevie data. Not ready to move on yet however, I still want to build
up on this groundwork and see if I can clear up this rather annoying bugs of it still running in the background
and holding the last 1-4 bits of data. And of course, rewrite a bit for OOP design. (Which really, I need to get a pen
in my hand and on paper for. Design and planning for the win~!)

Want to help? :

I am willing to have people join me on this project. There's a huge range of things that you could do, just to list a few.
Website Designer(now - the project page on sourceforge.net, later - game website),
Website Mangement(one to have a website designed and created, another to keep it running),
Game Designer(help me build a game world and more),
Developers(you will need to have a little exprience in C++ and networking)
and more.

So if you feel you can help in some way, feel feel to comment or e-mail me at adtherat at vr-networks.co.uk
And I'm sure as hell love a little support here and there too.

I feel extremely proud, things are moving along okie. Admittly not quite in the dircetion I want but every movement
in the remote right way dircetion is better then going backward.

Woot, finally I start on CSC. I'm just going to create a basic echo server, using sockets(of course x.x) and classes.
(Talk about.. deep... learning curve)
